Amendment #193 to H4000

Comprehensive Children's Mental Health Response

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be allocated to the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health, Inc. and the BIRCh Center to continue collaborating on the establishment of a school based behavioral health technical assistance center;” and in said item by striking out the figures "$97,134,089” and inserting in place thereof the figures "97,284,089".
