Pilayella Algae Clean Up

Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0500, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the cleanup of Pilayella algae on Kings Beach and Long Beach in the city of Lynn”.
