Swampscott Racial Equity Municipal Action Plan

Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the town of Swampscott to create a racial equity municipal action plan”.
