Salisbury Beach Dune Restoration and Storm Surge Protection

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 2810-0100, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for dune restoration and storm surge protection on Salisbury Beach in the Town of Salisbury.”
