Reservation Terrace Erosion Mitigation

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 2200-0100, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for erosion mitigation on Reservation Terrace in the City of Newburyport.”
