Flood Wall at Old Providence Road in Swansea

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the town of Swansea for funding to redesign retaining walls along both sides of roadway on Old Providence Road to prevent flooding during seasonal high tide situations."
