Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, Barrett of North Adams, Mark of Peru and Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9809, in line 14, by inserting after the words “savings” the following:- “and provided further that the appropriated funds may be expended until December 31, 2021”
