Swansea Youth Soccer Fields

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following: - "provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the town of Swansea for funding the construction of soccer fields."
