Amendment #224 to H4000

Veterans’ Mental Health Services - Home Base

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: "; and provided further, that $2,000,000 shall be expended for clinical care, education and training in veterans' mental and behavioral health issues, including post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, substance use disorder and suicide prevention administered by the Massachusetts General Hospital Home Base Program”.
