Caribbean Integration Community Development

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9316, in line 67 by inserting after "Commonwealth" the following: "provided further, that no less than $75,000 shall be expended to Caribbean Integration Community Development (CICD) to develop and implement a program to address Haitian and Caribbean homelessness": and in said item by striking out the figures "$22,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$22,075,000"
