Amendment #238 to H4000

Pedestrian Safety on Route 38

Representatives Barber of Somerville and Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, by inserting after the word “laws” the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to improve pedestrian safety and expand access to public transportation along state Route 38/Mystic Avenue in Somerville.

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “$351,587,919” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $351,687,919;
