Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-1206, in the final line, by inserting after the following: “; provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts’s efforts in workforce development in communities of color and of low income.”
