Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, in the final line, by inserting after the following: “; provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the Whittier Street Health Center to retrofit a mobile services van and provide essential public health services to the people of Boston.”
