Financial Literacy
Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, in the final line, by inserting after the following: “provided further that no less than $25,000 shall be expended for Screens Shift Culture to provide support for college access, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skill development for students from under-served communities in the city of Boston.
