Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, in the final line, by inserting after the following:  “provided further that no less than $495,000 shall be expended for Society for Islamic Brotherhood efforts to allow residents of Roxbury with more opportunities and a chance to obtain status, equity, and ownership."
