Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0250, by adding the following words:  “; not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the North Quabbin Community Coalition” ; and striking out the figures “$13,709,668” and inserting in place thereof the figures “ $13,759,668”.
