Representatives McKenna of Webster and Frost of Auburn move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 12, by adding after "governments" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for hazardous material mitigation relative to demolition of municipal buildings in the town of Oxford"
