PRIM Board Membership

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: “SECTION XXXX. Section 23 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 201 and 202, the words “a representative of a public safety union who shall be appointed by the governor”, and inserting in place thereof the following:- “a public safety union member who shall be appointed by the governor from a list of three such nominees submitted by the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems Elected Executive Board.”
