Amendment #287 to H4000

Public Works and Road Improvements in the Town of Southwick

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 8324-0000, the following item: -

"xxxx-xxxx For the Department of Public Works in the Town of Southwick; provided that not less than $265,000 shall be expended for the purchase of new equipment including but not limited to an all-season dump truck and/or a roadside mower; and further provided that not less than $500,000 shall be expended on road maintenance and improvements...................$765,000"
