Amendment #291 to H4000

Public Works and Road Improvements in the Town of Agawam

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 8324-0000, the following item: -

"xxxx-xxxx For the Department of Public Works in the Town of Agawam; provided that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the purchase of new equipment; and further provided that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended on road maintenance and improvements...................$1,750,000"
