Amendment #293 to H4000

Improvements to Robinson State Park in the Town of Agawam

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2800-0100, in line 5, by inserting after the word “department” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for improvements to Robinson State Park including, but not limited to, restoration of the pavilion and removal of dead and/or dying trees that pose a potential risk to abutting residential homes as determined" and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,482,205” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,982,205."
