Preserving Early Education Support for Families
Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-1042 by adding the following:- ; and provided that the Department shall grant center based subsidy providers a minimum of 90 days upon receipt of funds until their published rates must match the rate provided to the state. And provided further that center based subsidy providers may utilize any available funds from the operation to offset the difference between the fee charged to a private paying client or employee and the rate charged to the Commonwealth;
