Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 12, by adding after "governments" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for engineering and design of a municipal septic system for the Sutton Municipal Center and Schools”
