Amendment #313 to H4000

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill (House, No. 4000) in line item 3000-1020 of Section 2 by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall by expended for Springfield Day Nursery Corporation in the City of Springfield to support at-risk children, address learning gaps and prepare for school achievement post-pandemic”

And further in line item 3000-1020 of Section 2 by striking out “$44,551,119” and inserting in place thereof “$44,651,119”
