Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, in line 2, by inserting after "areas" the following: "‘; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for costs associated with expanding the Blackstone River Bikeway through the town of Sutton”; and in said item by striking out the figures $100,000 and inserting in place thereof the figures $150,000
