Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0018, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the The Pal Pueblo Community Organization that identifies, trains, prepares and positions Latinos for economic development strategies in the classroom, community, and workforce and provide culturally relevant programs that engage, educates and empowers Latinos to be agents of change to build a stronger and more inclusive community” and striking out the figures “ $7,683,573 and inserting “$7,883,573”
