Amendment #325 to H4000

Communities for Restorative Justice (C4RJ)

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0339-1005, by adding the following:

"provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to support the expansion of Communities for Restorative Justice in Massachusetts pursuant to Section 202 of Chapter 69 of the Acts of 2018”; in said section 2, in said item 0339-1005, by striking out the figure “$500,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$600,000"
