Amendment #328 to H4000

JF&CS Programming: Fragile Beginnings & Project NESST

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, in line 19, by inserting after "services" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Fragile Beginnings program;  provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Project NESST Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy;"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$299,600,799" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$300,000,799".
