Harbor Health dental services

Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4000-0700, by adding the following language; "and provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be made  available to the Harbor Health Community Health Center for the operation and equipping of a dental clinic serving the mid and lower Cape Cod area"
