Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0200, in line 2, by inserting after “Commonwealth” the following: “provided further, that $100,000 shall be expended to The Kennedy Center in the Charlestown section of the city of Boston for operational and human services programming.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$16,014,558”.
