Amendment #380 to H4000

Stone Building Restoration

Ms. Balser of Newton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line-item 2810-0122, by adding the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended on the historical restoration and refurbishment of the Stone Building in Hemlock Gorge Reservation in Wellesley, including but not limited to the drainage, flooring, lighting, and windows;”

and in said item, by striking the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: $175,000.
