West Springfield Senior Center Renovations

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: "provided further, that $150,000 shall be expended to the town of West Springfield for senior center projects to improve air quality and circulation, and accessibility for seniors."
