Amendment #422 to H4000

West Springfield Park Maintenance

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: "provided further, that $150,000 shall be expended to the town of West Springfield for park infrastructure improvement projects and field maintenance to town athletic facilities."
