Amendment #427 to H4000

Coastal Erosion Mitigation

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-0101 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx For the executive office of energy and environmental affairs to conduct a pilot study to implement Wave Attenuation Devices (WAD) along the Atlantic Coast of Southeastern Massachusetts................$1,000,000”
