Environment Police Patrols

Mr. Hill of Ipswich Provided further that text is added after "sanitation program" in Section 2 line item 2030-1000 that $500,000 shall be allocated to increase protection of right whales in Massachusetts by increasing the patrols of the Massachusetts Environmental Police and their ability to identify and remove abandoned fishing gear and to further enhance their ability to enforce speed restrictions to minimize unfortunate interactions between vessels and right whales and by striking out the figure "$ 12,837,787", and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$12, 987,787".
