Amendment #456 to H4000

Creative Haverhill

Representatives Vargas of Haverhill, Campbell of Methuen, Minicucci of North Andover and Mirra of Georgetown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Creative Haverhill, in the city of Haverhill, for the purpose of establishing a grant for city beautification."
