Amendment #466 to H4000

The Community Hospital Reinvestment Trust Fund

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 4100-0060, by striking out the figure “$28,900,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$31,070,586”; and by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Chapter 115 of the acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking out section 11.
