Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0640-0300, inserting after the word “travel” the following: “; and provided further that not less than $10,000 shall be expended towards a project celebrating the Puerto Rican community and heritage of Holyoke’s downtown”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$20,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$30,000”
