Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0099, inserting after the words “security requirements” the following: “; and provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Fair Housing Center to protect Massachusetts’ residents from housing discrimination”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,596,502” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,746,502”
