Amendment #487 to H4000

Middleton Fiber Optic Network

Representatives Kerans of Danvers and Jones of North Reading Move to amend the bill in Section 2, Line item 8000-0313 by adding after the word "programs", the following:

"provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the construction of a fiber optic network in the Town of Middleton to connect the Fire, Police and other municipal buildings and enable to the Town to join a regional IT collaborative."

And by striking the figure "$100,000" and inserting in its place the following figure: "$200,000."
