Scituate water and treatment plant improvements

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 1599-0026 by adding the following; “; provided further that not less than $200.000 shall be expended for the design and engineering of the Town of Scituate water and sewer treatment plant to improve its public water supply".
