Amendment #491 to H4000

Military Support Foundation

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 1410-0010, in line 1 , after the word “services”  by inserting the following: - “, and provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation, Inc., for the operation of empowerment centers and to support the distribution of food to veterans in need in the counties of Barnstable, Bristol and Hampden”

and by striking the figure “$4,377,822” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: - “$4,487,822”
