Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-0012, by inserting after the word "continued" the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $75,000 be expended for The People’s Academy Inc. for the purpose of apprenticeship training in the area of copper installation and fabrication."
