Artists Community Assistance Program

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0380, by inserting the following: provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for an Artists Community Assistance Program to be administered by the Allston Village Main Streets of Boston.
