Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting at the end thereof the following; "provided further that no less than $150,000 shall be expended to Harbor Health Services for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$160,134,092 " and inserting in place thereof the figures "$160,284,092"
