Economic Development opportunities for Women

Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after line item 7002-0010 "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts, Inc.," with the corresponding increase in the final amount of the line item to reflect the earmark amount.
