Indian Orchard Neighborhood Beautification and Festival

Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after line item 7008-1116 “; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to The Indian Orchard Citizens Council in the city of Springfield for the Food Truck Festival and the Indian Orchard Blooms Neighborhood Beautification initiative,” with the corresponding increase in the final amount of the line item to reflect the earmark amount.
