Whitman Upper Field Well and Irrigation System

Ms. Sullivan of Abington Moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by inserting the following:- " Provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to install a well and irrigation system for the Town Park’s Upper Field in the town of Whitman”.
