Amendment #539 to H4000

Food Safety/Groundwork Lawrence, Inc amidst Covid-19 Pandemic

Representatives Devers of Lawrence and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Groundwork Lawrence, Inc. to support access to healthy food in the greater Lawrence region;”

And further amend the bill in said section 2, in said item 2511-0100, by striking out the figure “$8,626,466” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$8,651,466.”
