Amendment #544 to H4000

Lawrence Council on Aging

Representatives Devers of Lawrence and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by adding the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for education and enrichment programs at the council on aging in the city of Lawrence,”

And further amend the bill in said section 2, in said item 9110-9002, by striking out the figure “$17,066,651” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$17,096,651.”
